前十字靭帯断裂の自然治癒療法

2018年12月に右膝前淳十字靭帯を完全断裂した。

受傷後1ヶ月目からインターネット上のみで治療を開始した。

治療開始から3ヶ月間は2週間に一回の動画セッションを行った。

4ヶ月目以降は月に一回の動画セッションを行った。

セッションでは、カウンセリングと運動療法の指導を行った。

治療開始が受傷後1ヶ月という急性期が過ぎつつあるということと、前十字靭帯の断裂の仕方が今までに見たことのない複雑さを呈していたことから、解剖学的自然治癒は困難であると予想していた。私の予想に反して、6ヶ月目のMRIにおいて、はっきりと靭帯の連続性が確認されたことは驚きであった。機能的には、患側に筋力低下が見られるものの、日常生活においては問題ないレベルまで回復している。患側の筋力が戻るまでリハビリは継続していく予定である。

Born in India and working in Malaysia, Male, 41 year old

He ruptured his right ACL completely in December,2018. He started the Naturalization Therapy from the one month after the injury. We had the internet sessions through the Skype once in every 2 weeks for  the first 3 months and once in 1 month from the 4 months. At first, there were the difficulties for the anatomical healing, because it was the severe and complete ACL tear  which had torn in the unusual way. Moreover, it was late that he started my therapy because the acute period was almost passing. Contrary to my expectations, the MRI shows that his completely torn ACL has healed clearly and anatomically. The Naturalization Therapy enables the ACL tear to heal naturally without any complication. As long as the blood supply and the anatomic reduction are secured, the natural healing process will work even on the ACL.

前十字靭帯損傷の自然治癒療法

2018年11月に右膝前十字靭帯断裂と内側半月板損傷を合併した症例に関する受傷3ヶ月後の症例報告です。

受傷から1ヶ月過ぎてのナチュラリゼーション療法の開始でしたが、治療開始2ヶ月のMRI画像診断で、損傷靭帯が回復過程にあるとの報告を受けました。

日常生活での支障は全く無いことから、ジョギングの開始を許可しました。

少しずつ断裂した靭帯の連続性が太くなっていることが確認できます。

次に受傷4ヶ月目の、レバーアームテストによる徒手検査と運動機能評価の動画をアップします。レバーアームテストでは、足が床から持ち上がると靭帯に連続性があることを示し、断裂していると足は持ち上がりません。受傷4ヶ月目では、わずかながら足は持ち上がりました。

次に受傷5ヶ月目の、レバーアームテストと運動機能評価(走力)の動画をアップします。レバーアームテストでは、4ヶ月目よりも明確に足が持ち上がりました。これは断裂靭帯が確実に修復されていることを示しています。受傷3ヶ月目からジョギングを開始し、5ヶ月目では、全速力の約80%でのランニングが可能になりました。当患者は陸上選手であり、この経過であれば受傷6ヶ月での競技復帰を予定しています。

The same test was executed 5 months after the incident. It shows that the foot was lifted more evidently, which means the healing of the ACL has progressed. He recovered his running ability up to 80 % of his maximum. He plans to return to his athletics in 6 months after the incident. His specialty is track & field.

受傷6ヶ月目のMRIと徒手検査の結果は、5ヶ月目と殆ど変化はありませんでした。
次回のMRI撮影は、受傷後1年後に予定しています。
受傷6ヶ月目で、患者から陸上の競技会に復帰すると報告がありました。
機能不全の自覚症状はなし、走力も100%近く戻っているとの自己報告がありました。
患者がインタビューに応じてくれたので、その動画をアップ致します。

6 months after the injury,there were no difference in the MRI and the physical assessment compared to the last ones. However,he has trained himself enough during the last month,and he says that his running ability has come back almost to his 100% and decided to return to the T&F race in the next month.

Hello, everybody! Are you doing any workout everyday?

These days, I have an idea,”Do we really need a workout?”

I often go to a zoo,  see the animals there, and admire their natural movements and looking, even though there are not kept in wild environments. Even the animals in zoo are much more natural than us.

Why are we so far from being natural? Why do we have to do workouts just to stay healthy? I have been asking these questions to myself for twenty years. I used to be a gymnastics and fitness instructor before I became a therapist.

Some people say that I am inventing an innovative theory, but that is not true. I just come closer and closer to the laws of the nature. The more I have studied and experienced, the more simple idea has come to my mind.

For the workouts and exercises, I had been using some tools such as balance balls and stretch poles. But, I recently feel something unnatural for using those tools.

According to the evolution theory of Darwin, even which have been controversial in detail, it sounds true that all the living things have their own evolutional histories.

The first ancestors of all the vertebrae animals are fish. So, the ancient fish are our humans’ first ancestors. By the kinesiological meanings, the fish are the genius of the vertebrae movements because the movements of the fish mostly rely on the vertebrae. Their movements are surely vertebrae-centric.

Our second ancestors may be reptiles and amphibians. They have the limbs, but not enough ones like ours. Even their movements are also vertebrae-centric. Can you imagine if we can move quickly on the lands without using limbs as reptiles and amphibians do? They move as they want even on the lands,which require any friction for moving. Their thoraxes are so flexible enough that they can move naturally by the vertebrae-centric movements.

Reptiles evolved to mammals. Mammals started walking on four legs. Some mammals evolved to primates, and some evolved to homo. Homo started walking on two legs. Homo-sapiens are the only homo species who have survived today.

We have almost billions of years history until we became homo-sapiens from fish. All the memories we have experienced during our evolution are memorized in our DNA. But, how do we recall the memories? Is it ever possible?

Yes, it is possible. Not only it is possible, but we automatically recall the memories during baby days.

After the fertilization, the embryo lives in amnion liquid. So, we start our lives in liquids as fish. During the cell-divisions, we stay in the liquid for 10 months. We start learning the physical movements in the liquids.

After the birth, we come out from the liquid, and start moving ourselves on the land. We gradually learn how to move the limbs.

6 months after the birth, we start learn rolling over on the floor. In this stage, we recall the vertebrae-centric movement as fish, which lets us learn how to move the spine.

8 months after the birth, we start crawling to move back and forth. This movement exactly resembles the movement of reptiles. I this stage, we learn how to move scapulae and hip joints.

10 months after the birth, we start crawling like mammals and walk on four legs. In this stage, we learn how to bear our weights by scapulae and pelvis. Finally, we stand by legs and walk on two legs.

We automatically recall the histories of the evolution during baby days. Without recalling those, we cannot develop physically enough to live as homo-sapiens.

We have a textbook inscribed in the DNA, which teaches us how to develop and move naturally. Unfortunately, in modern era, we do not read the text book precisely enough, because our living environments have become so civilized and convenient that babies tend to lack of developmental movements.

If you have any problem on your health, you possibly had not done enough developmental movements during baby days. If you have a problem on your spine, such as low back pain, you possibly had not done the movement of rolling over. I often see the  many people in adults who can not roll over naturally.

If you have a problem on your pelvis, you possibly lacked the time for sitting on the floor, or may had a long time on the baby carriage. Baby carriages let babies pelvis tilting posteriorly. If you have a problem on your hip joints, you possibly lacked the time for crawling.

Those problems are caused by excessively civilized environments, but we live in there. We cannot go back to the ancient era, but, at least we can learn from the histories. It is never too late for anybody, even adults, children, and athletes that we recall our evolutional memories and redo the developmental exercises.

As long as you cannot swim as fast as fish,

as long as you cannot run as fast as cheetah,

as long as you cannot stand as beautifully as flamingo,

it is worth recalling the memories.

Spontaneous healing of ACL tear – case 1

It has been considered that healing abilities of ACL is very poor, and actually ruptured ACL barely heal spontaneously. This is a report of a case that a tear of ACL is healing spontaneously by Naturalization Therapy. This therapy is generated from a philosophy that humans’ natural motions are learned in 0-year old age. So, if we lost the function of the knee, we should retrieve it from a beginning.

The ruptured ACL is healing spontaneously, and his physical condition 7 months after the accident is almost normal. He can move and have a daily life without any pain and any disorder. Amazingly, there is no joint laxity in the affected knee. This healing process is still continuing, and I estimate that the process will continue at least for a year. Before deciding an ACL surgery, I strongly suggest you to try a Naturalization Therapy as a primary option.

Barefoot running is easy, if you are natural.

Many runners tried barefoot running, but unfortunately many of they failed in succeeding it. This fact has been in controversies for may years among the people who prefer natural running. Why do many fail, and why do only some succeed? My answer is that technique for barefoot running totally depends on how your bodies are natural. If your bodies are far from ancient and original humans’ bodies, it is difficult of you to run with barefoot. Many runners and scientists have argued about techniques for barefoot running, and many of their opinions are not accepted among usual runners with shoes.  To find a final answer, we have to descend to the times how we are born and how we grow up. The exercises during 0-year old are so important that the qualities of those  exercises decide also the qualities of the motions after we grow up. Moreover, the qualities of baby exercises decide the nature of our bodies. If you have done high-quality of baby exercises during 0-year old, your body is surely natural, and barefoot running is so easy for you. My suggestion is that we do baby exercises again and make our bodies natural, and that we should follow a theory humans’ developments. Baby exercises come first, and barefoot walking and running follow it.

Jaw joint bears Natural Spine.

Jaw is the most important part in human’s body, because it is an entrance of air and food. However, as we have been civilized, the function of Jaw joint is deteriorated. Compared to wild animals, humans do not need to utilize the full range of motion of Jaw joint, because foods are small enough to eat. Humans do not have to kill animals by their jaws. The deterioration of Jaw joint inflects the function of spine. Originally, humans used to open the mouths in relation to the spinal movements like wild animals. In natural and healthy body, jaw and spine move together. Many people suffering from spinal pains have a curious character, which is that the range of motion of their Jaw joints are insufficient. My trial, based on this hypothesis, is that they could retrieve natural spinal movements by doing JAW EXERCISE. “Synchronize the movements of Jaw and Spine” My trials are succeeding enough. Many patients recover from spinal pains from JAW EXERCISE. I believe that retrieving natural body is the best medicine ever. That is the philosophy of Naturalization.

How to make a perfect turn-out in ballet. vol.2

Turn-out is the one of the most important skills in ballet. However, not all dancers can make it. The reason can be found in the the times when you were babies. The primitive exercises during 0-year old develop humans’ body structures and motion. Especially, quadrupped crawling develops the motion of hip joint. Without doing quadrupped crawling enough, the range of motion of hip joint can not developed enough to make a perfect turn-out. It can not be compensated by doing any training after grew up. The only way to compensate that insufficiency is to redo quadrupped  crawling. Naturalization exercises promise us recover our natural bodies and motions.
