ACL Online Therapy for natural healing

ACL tears heal without surgery

Patient information:

24 year old, male, Japanese
On December 20th, 2020, he injured his right knee during playing basketball. The MRI pictures were taken on December 21, 2020, and the diagnosis was:

Complete tear of ACL

He started the actual therapy with Jun Matsumoto from January 15, 2021 and continued Jun’s special rehab exercises for 4 months. He took the second MRI on May 29, 2021 at the different hospital, and the diagnosis was:

The ACL is intact.

This is the one of the slices of the MRIs taken on May 29,2021.

MRI indicates:

It is very clear that the torn ACL has healed naturally. You don’t have to be a specialist of radiology to see this beautiful natural healing by the picture. After seeing the natural healing of the ACL tear, Jun Matsumoto teaches him to start strengthening the muscles for preparing to return to the sport. He hasn’t been strengthening the muscles until the torn ACL became intact on the MRIs as Jun suggested. He canceled the surgery after seeing the natural healing of the ACL tear by the MRIs.

Naturalization EVO. Professional Seminar will be held in Tokyo and Kyoto from January to December, 2020. This seminar consists of the six workshops in a row through the year so that the students can learn the essences of Naturalization step by step. Naturalization is the name of the exercises which are based on the evolution and the development of human beings. Many of the musculoskeletal disorders are caused by the lack of  the development movements during 0-year old age. In this seminar, you will learn:

  1. Learn the evolutional and  developmental exercises precisely, and why those are important for our healthy life.
  2. How to overcome musculoskeletal disorders by Naturalization approach.
  3. How to improve physical abilities by Naturalization exercises.

As you can learn Naturalization step by step, I present you the six essential topics:

Development and movements of

  1. Temporo-mandibular joints
  2. Hands and fingers
  3. Foot and foot fingers
  4. Scapulae
  5. Spine
  6. pelvis and hip joints

Naturalization exercises involve all of the body parts and let them move with natural coordination. As you complete all of the exercises, you will retrieve natural body and movements.
