2019 Naturalization Professional Seminar

Naturalization Professional Seminar will be held in Tokyo and Kyoto from January to December, 2019. This seminar consists of the six workshops in a row through the year so that the students can learn the essences of Naturalization step by step. Naturalization is the name of the exercises which are based on the evolution and the development of human beings. Many of the musculoskeletal disorders are caused by the lack of  the development movements during 0-year old age. In this seminar, you will learn:

  1. Learn the 0-year old exercises precisely, and why those are important for our healthy life.
  2. How to overcome musculoskeletal disorders by Naturalization approach.
  3. How to improve physical abilities by Naturalization exercises.

As you can learn Naturalization step by step, I present you the six essential topics:

Barefoot running is easy, if you are natural.

Many runners tried barefoot running, but unfortunately many of they failed in succeeding it. This fact has been in controversies for may years among the people who prefer natural running. Why do many fail, and why do only some succeed? My answer is that technique for barefoot running totally depends on how your bodies are natural. If your bodies are far from ancient and original humans’ bodies, it is difficult of you to run with barefoot. Many runners and scientists have argued about techniques for barefoot running, and many of their opinions are not accepted among usual runners with shoes.  To find a final answer, we have to descend to the times how we are born and how we grow up. The exercises during 0-year old are so important that the qualities of those  exercises decide also the qualities of the motions after we grow up. Moreover, the qualities of baby exercises decide the nature of our bodies. If you have done high-quality of baby exercises during 0-year old, your body is surely natural, and barefoot running is so easy for you. My suggestion is that we do baby exercises again and make our bodies natural, and that we should follow a theory humans’ developments. Baby exercises come first, and barefoot walking and running follow it.

Jaw joint bears Natural Spine.

Jaw is the most important part in human’s body, because it is an entrance of air and food. However, as we have been civilized, the function of Jaw joint is deteriorated. Compared to wild animals, humans do not need to utilize the full range of motion of Jaw joint, because foods are small enough to eat. Humans do not have to kill animals by their jaws. The deterioration of Jaw joint inflects the function of spine. Originally, humans used to open the mouths in relation to the spinal movements like wild animals. In natural and healthy body, jaw and spine move together. Many people suffering from spinal pains have a curious character, which is that the range of motion of their Jaw joints are insufficient. My trial, based on this hypothesis, is that they could retrieve natural spinal movements by doing JAW EXERCISE. “Synchronize the movements of Jaw and Spine” My trials are succeeding enough. Many patients recover from spinal pains from JAW EXERCISE. I believe that retrieving natural body is the best medicine ever. That is the philosophy of Naturalization.

How to make a perfect turn-out in ballet. vol.2

Turn-out is the one of the most important skills in ballet. However, not all dancers can make it. The reason can be found in the the times when you were babies. The primitive exercises during 0-year old develop humans’ body structures and motion. Especially, quadrupped crawling develops the motion of hip joint. Without doing quadrupped crawling enough, the range of motion of hip joint can not developed enough to make a perfect turn-out. It can not be compensated by doing any training after grew up. The only way to compensate that insufficiency is to redo quadrupped  crawling. Naturalization exercises promise us recover our natural bodies and motions.

How to make a perfect turnout in ballet.

Turnout or en dehors is the most important ability in ballet. Many ballet dancers struggle to make it perfect. My invention “Turnout of hands” makes it possible. The is a certain relationship between  hands and hip joints. When hands are turned out, hip joints are also turned  out simultaneously. So, if you have a problem in turnout, I suggest you to try turnout of hands. This innovative exercise will give a hope to all the dancers in the world.

Power of Hands

For what do you use your hands? Many people may say, “To catch something, to move something, or to touch something.” Those are not wrong answers. Our civilizations might have been made by our hands, because those motions are so precise and delicate, which differ so much from animals’ hands. Our dexterous hands have been producing skills of artists, craftsmen, and businesspersons, and also influence modes of our lives. I can say that dexterity of hands determines the level of human’s body motions. If you have natural hands, motions of arms and shoulders can be natural. Furthermore, natural hands also influence the motions of lower extremities. Imagine a beautiful ballet dancer. If her hands are not moving naturally, her whole dance may not look elegant. So, what determines the level of hands’ function? My answer is in Naturalization, which is the motor learning process during 0-year age. In quadruped walking, we bear our wights not only on feet, but also hands. Originally, carpal joint is the wight-bearing joint. Development of hands’ functions depend on how much we had borne our weight during baby days.

If we had not born our weights on hands enough, developments of hands would be poor. These influence also the developments of whole body motions.

Power of Crawling

Dear God,

What comes after scapulae as engine is the power of crawling. Why do we need crawling? Because that let us learn how to support upper body weight by pelvis. crawl

Pelvis functions as weight-bearing system. That means our bodies can’t resist against gravity if we had not crawled enough in baby-days. The power of pelvis generates the power of hip extension. Poor power of pelvis can’t generate it, but resorts to knee extension. To run fast, stay in balance, and even also prevent injuries, the power of pelvis is necessary. It’s not too late to redo crawling exercise. Restart your body in Naturalization.

Scapulae as engine.

Dear God,

What decides the level and quality of our motion? Muscles, power, or flexibility? My answer is the Scapulae as engine. Our motions are initiated by scapulae, which spark kinetic chains toward spine and distal extremities. However, scapulae do not work as engine until those are peeled off from thorax. Scapulae are like wings, and so should be isolated from thorax. How do we use scapulae as engine and wings? The answer is installed in DNA, not taught by teachers. Born to be free, born to be natural.

Dear God,

We are born to be free and natural, I believe. That means that we don’t need to be taught by someone how to move our bodies. Our motor learning program is originally installed in our DNA, which teaches us how to move naturally. During baby days, they cry, rotate, crawl, do quadruped walking, etc.. It seems that we remember the days in which we used to be animals, if evolution theory is correct. In baby’s rotation, they imitate the motions of fish and snakes, which move their bodies almost only by spine. We are vertebrae animals, and the basis of our motions are generated from vertebrae. Not only our motion, but also our postures are owing to stability and flexibility of vertebrae. So, without enough rotating in baby days, their motor functions as vertebrae animals grow poorly. The functions  of vertebrae determines our abilities of motions. We need to redo the babies motions. It is not too late to redo those motions. If you retrieve natural motions of vertebrae, your neck pain and back pain disappear. Let’s do rotation exercise.
