50 year old, female, Japanese
She injured her left knee during skiing on February 4th, 2022. On February 10th, she went to the MRI scanning, and the diagnosis was:
Complete ACL tear
Medial collateral ligament tear
On February 15, 2022, she started the online therapy for the natural healing of the ACL tear with Jun Matsumoto. She continued doing Evo-Devo Exercises for six months, and she took the next MRI on August 2nd, 2022.
Incomprehensibly, her doctor rejected that I post her MRI on this page, and so those are not posted here. However, I received the MRI and assessed those.
Clearly visible continuity of ACL and MCL
After the natural healing of the torn ACL is observed, Jun Matsumoto permitted her to practice the complete range of motion and strengthen the quadriceps muscles. She doesn’t feel any instability on her left knee, but she still feels some weakness there. She wants to return to skiing, and she will continue the rehab until she gets prepared to do skiing.
